O-Phase 2026 needs you!

As every year we want to introduce the new Bachelor and Master students to KIT and help them find friends and study groups for their upcoming studies.

In order to do that we need you! It is your chance to sign up to be a tutor for the upcoming O-Phase!

When? The 2026 O-Phase starts on October 12th and ends on October 25th.

How? Fill out the formula below and tell us which events you want to help at. As soon as you signed up, we are counting on you, so if something changes in your availability, please write us a mail via tutorfs-fmc [punkt] kit [punkt] edu (tutor[at]fs-fmc[dot]kit[dot]edu) or fill out the formula one more time.

When does it start? After the deadline (presumably 1th of September) we will start planning the teams for each event. You will hear from us until the end of September about which events you shall help at.

There will be a Crewbriefing which is mandatory for every tutor! It will presumably happen in the week before the O-Phase (5.-11.10.). There will be more information, when your plan is ready.
