Is there a minimum number of ECTS that I have to complete in one semester?

No, there is no minimum number.
However, if you receive BAfÃƒÂ¶G, you must have 65 ECTS in CIW/BIW after the 4th semester in order to receive funding beyond the 4th semester; in Mechanical Engineering, you must have passed at least 11 of 14 possible examinations or have 90 ECTS after the 4th semester.
